Amazing radio have been (excuse the pun) amazing. We've had some great support from them from Artist of the Week, Gig of the week, winning Audition Polls chart and also having numerous plays on the station. So we consider this one to be an extra special show.
A month or two back we headed over to West London to record an acoustic version of our debut single, "A Little Better", with the lovely folk at 1Take.TV.
The Divers have been booked to play Wolf Club (curated by Mt. Wolf) at the lovely Tooting Tram & Social on Friday 5 April, where they’ll share the stage with Annie Eve and DrDr. Entry to the event is free, and the party goes on until 2am. RSVP to the event on Facebook here.
After playing alongside Bella Union's Conrete Knives at The Lexington 5th March, and recording their newly awaited follow up single to 'A Little Better'. The Divers have announced that they will be performing for Smashing Blouse Presents at Hoxton Sq Bar & Kitchen on 21st March supporting Polor Caps & Bear Cavalry.

We’re excited to announce that The Divers have been booked to support French band Concrete Knives at their forthcoming album launch party for “Be Your Own King”, which is released on 18 February on Bella Union. The gig takes place at The Lexington on Tuesday 5 March, and is promoted by This Is Fake DIY and Monkeysuit. Stagecoach are also on the bill, and Is Tropical will be performing a DJ set.
Having played their last show of 2012 at The Old Blue Last on Friday evening, The Divers have announced details of their first two shows of the new year.
Firstly, the band will play an acoustic set at the legendary Young & Lost Club event at The Lock Tavern on Thursday 3 January, where they’ll strip back and reinterpret some of their current songs, and quite possibly throw in a cover along the lines of this. Then, on Wednesday 16 January, they will take to the stage, fully plugged in once again, at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen as part of the Artrocker New Blood Festival.
The Lock Tavern is a free entry event, and tickets for Hoxton Bar & Kitchen can be purchased fromhere for just £5. Don’t forget the band’s debut single, “A Little Better”, is available now via Laissez Faire Club. Check it out on iTunes or Spotify.
After packing out The Enterprise this week for their debut single launch party (many thanks to all who attended), The Divers have confirmed one final show in London for 2012. They will be playing at Hoxton’s Old Blue Last on Friday 14 December supporting Escapists and Luxe. The night is a free entry one.
